These terms govern the Summer Screen Enclosure social media management application.

Purpose and access

The application is intended for the owner and authorized representatives of Summer Screen Enclosure to manage the company’s social media content and review available performance metrics. It is not offered as a public account management service.

Account authorization

Users may connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage. Access is limited to the permissions granted through each platform’s authorization process.

Content and responsible use

Authorized users are responsible for reviewing content before publication and obtaining the necessary rights to images, videos, music, and other materials. The application must not be used for spam, deceptive content, unauthorized access, or activities that violate applicable laws or platform rules.

Third-party services

The application relies on third-party platforms and integration providers. Availability and functionality may change. No specific audience growth, reach, sales, or uninterrupted service is guaranteed.

Ending access

Users may revoke the application’s access through the connected platform’s settings. Summer Screen Enclosure may discontinue the application.

Scope

These terms cover the social media application. Construction services, estimates, warranties, and payments are governed by separate customer agreements.
